Pre65 Retiree Medical/Rx Plans
- Claim submission process: Aetna members can log into the Aetna.com secure member web site and click the button titled “submit a claim for reimbursement.” This will open a landing page that will then walk them through the online submission process. Members also have the option to submit the claim manually by downloading the PDF form within the page.
- Traditional Choice members should submit COVID OTC claims using the above form.
Medicare Advantage Plans
- COVID-19 At-Home Over the Counter testing is not covered under the Medicare Advantage plans at this time.
